Customer Success Manager
MTC, an ETS company, supports the Skills for the Future initiative (www.skillsmatter.org), a partnership between ETS and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. The Customer Success Manager will report to Susie Bell, MTC’s long time Chief Program Officer, who now also leads State Engagement for Skills for the Future, working with leading states to advance competency-based systems and skills-based learning.
In May 2024, MTC became a wholly owned subsidiary of ETS, supporting ETS’s work on the Skills for the Future initiative. As such, our new hires will be employed by ETS while operating as integral members of MTC’s virtual team.
