Stacy Caldwell brings to the MTC a deep understanding of innovative education models as well as the dynamics at the intersection between preparation for college and college admissions. Before joining MTC as executive director, Stacy had served as Chief Product Officer for The Princeton Review (TPR), where she was responsible for the company’s ongoing innovation and development of education solutions for individuals, high schools, and colleges. Prior to her work with TPR, Caldwell served as vice president for the SAT Suite of Assessments, playing the lead role during the most recent redesign of the SAT. Her previous roles include business and instructional technology positions at SCORE! Educational Centers and Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions and consulting roles at Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen.
Jimmy brings 20-plus years of experience in public education policy and stakeholder engagement to the MTC. Most recently he directed the policy and development efforts at the Harris County Department of Education (HCDE), a public agency providing direct student services to the 26 school districts in Houston, Texas. Prior to his work at HCDE, Jimmy served as vice president for Governmental Relations at the College Board and as a consultant representing national education organizations including Teach for America, The New Teacher Project, and the Education Trust. Prior to joining the MTC as Director of Outreach, Ben has spent the prior 25 years as an independent school teacher and administrator. His independent school journey has taken him from a history teaching internship at the Culver Academies, through teaching stints at Saddle River Day School and the Haverford School in Philadelphia. Ben spent 14 years at Haverford, moving from the classroom to administration, before leaving to become Upper School Head at the Collegiate School in Richmond, VA. Ben left Richmond to assume the duties of Headmaster at the University School in Cleveland, OH, before moving to pursue the work with the MTC. Ben earned his B.A. in American Studies from Amherst College, and an M.S.Ed.in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Ben currently resides in Cleveland, OH with his wife and two sons who attend the Hawken School.
Patricia leads the MTC member engagement and operations teams. Prior to serving as the MTC's interim executive director, she was the dean of studies at Phillips Academy Andover. Contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org
Mike oversees the design and development of Mastery Transcript software products, connecting with members and advisors to manage the MTC product roadmap. He is an experienced education technology executive, most recently having served as CEO of the Services Division at the National Association of Independent Schools, where he led a complete redesign and relaunch of their School and Student Services financial aid platforms. Terry oversees the communications operation for the MTC including the website, blogs, social media channels, press relations among other activities.
